PRIVACY POLICY - Flying Saci Game Studio

Flying Saci Game Studio is concerned with protecting your privacy, as well as children's registration and performance data. This Privacy Policy was developed to demonstrate our commitment to the practice of fair information and the protection of your privacy and that of your family while using the games and applications developed by Flying Saci Game Studio and accessing the services available on the online platforms. The use of games and other digital resources is governed by these Privacy Policies.

1. DEFINITIONS

1.1. The terms app, application, game, game or video game include the interactive audiovisual products produced by Flying Saci Game Studio including all by-products inserted in them as characters, scenarios, images, sounds and computer codes.

1.2. The terms online platform or services cover digital media produced and made available by Flying Saci Game Studio on the world wide web such as websites, dashboards, blogs, content aggregators or any other website of the Flying Saci Game Studio brand or shared brand sites (including subdomain, international versions, widgets and mobile versions).

1.3. The term information involves facts and other information about you, including actions taken by users and non-users who interact with our products.

1.4. The term user data or data involves any data, including user content or information that you or a third party may obtain from Flying Saci Game Studio or provide to Flying Saci Game Studio through our apps, games or services.

1.5. The term use means to use, execute, copy, act or publicly expose, distribute, modify, translate and create derivative works.

1.6. The term app or app involves any app or website that can run on computers or mobile devices with or without online resources.

2. PRIVACY CONTRACT, GAMES AND ONLINE PLATFORMS

These Privacy Policies refer to Flying Saci Game Studio games and online platforms and do not apply to any other application that you can access through your mobile device or personal computer. If you use our games without registering, the only information to be collected will be impersonal through the use of cookies or web beacons (please see Section 3). If you choose to register to access all the resources we offer, you will be required to submit certain information that personally identifies you, which may include your first and last name, email address, cell phone number, password creation for later access, as well as information regarding children who will access the Flying Saci Game Studio games installed on your device, as well as information for billing, when applicable. We have no access or control over these cookies, and our Privacy Agreement does not cover the use of third party cookies.

3. PERSONAL INFORMATION

In some Flying Saci Game Studio apps, so that you can take advantage of all the features or participate in events such as tournaments, we ask that you provide us with some Personal Information. We use your data only to guarantee your access to services and events exclusive to games and applications under this Privacy Agreement.

4. CAMERA AND IMAGE CAPTURE

Flying Saci Game Studio games and applications that make use of images captured by the device's camera do not store or transmit such images to remote servers. The capture of the images has a purely ludic function in the context of the game that uses them, therefore being of exclusive use of the user during the game section and only in this context.

5. OUR USE AND DISCLOSURE OF YOUR INFORMATION

5.1. We may use your Personal Information to send you information about our products and services, to contact you when necessary, including sending a signature verification email. We may use your traffic data to personalize and adapt your gaming experience and access to online platforms, in communications, to display content that we understand you might be interested in and in accordance with your preferences.

5.2. We can share your personal information and traffic data with the partners who assist us through the performance of essential services related to our operation (games and online platforms). Our partners will be required to maintain the same security and confidentiality standards that we promise you in this Privacy Agreement and they will only use your personal information to fulfill specific business obligations and to provide you with services related to Flying Saci Game Studio. In addition, we may transfer your Personal and Impersonal Information to another company in connection with a sale, merger or acquisition. In this case, we will endeavor to notify you before any Personal or Impersonal Information from you is transferred and is subject to a different Privacy Agreement.

5.3. We reserve the right to disclose your Personal Information as required by law and when we believe that disclosure is necessary to protect our rights and / or comply with a court proceeding, court order or legal process.

6. HYPERLINK TO OTHER SITES AND APPLICATIONS

The Flying Saci Game Studio platform may display advertisements that will contain links to other sites and / or applications with which we will have prior contact and a total concern for the safety of users. Flying Saci Game Studio does not share your personal information with Third Party Applications and is not responsible for its privacy practices. In view of children's safety, Flying Saci Game Studio games will not feature advertisements or links to access content outside the context of the respective games.

7. SECURITY

The Personal Information we collect about you is stored on a secure, password-protected server and only authorized persons have access to this database. We use industry-standard encryption technologies regarding the receipt and transfer of Personal Information. However, despite our best efforts, no transmission over the Internet or cellular network and no other data storage method can be guaranteed to be secure 100% of the time.

8. OPTION TO CLOSE COMMUNICATION

If you no longer wish to receive communications from Flying Saci Game Studio, you can opt out of receiving them by following the instructions included in each release, by contacting us by email.

9. DATA TRANSFER AND STORAGE

Flying Saci Game Studio is a Brazilian company, however the collection and storage servers integrated into our system can be located anywhere in the world. Even if you are not in Brazil, by registering through the games on the online platforms and sending your Personal Information, you agree with the transfer of them to Brazil and the use of them in accordance with the purposes for which they were initially collected.

10. CHANGES TO THIS PRIVACY AGREEMENT

We reserve the right to change the Privacy Agreement at any time, and at our sole discretion. Upon any change to the Privacy Agreement, we will post the amended agreement on our website. In all cases, the use of information we collect is subject to the Privacy Agreement in effect at the time that information is collected.
